Such information will include both identifiable personal data, as well as non-identifiable personal information. Identifiable personal information will be collected when you transfer money to us through our Online Donation Link.

In most cases, we collect this information to ensure network integrity and that we continue to provide you with the most updated information about St Crispin’s Home & it’s Activities. We are required to hold this information by Law when you donate to us. This information is only shared to the Government and its various departments, we undertake to protect the confidentiality of such data.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Confidentiality

We respect donor privacy. We undertake to protect the confidentiality of our donors and users including all personal information supplied in the course of contracting with us for services. We undertake not to sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
