This department is run by professionally trained Social Workers. However, we have designated them as Child Welfare Coordinators in view of the nature of their work.
This department exclusively co-ordinates various inputs required for the counselling and development of each and every child. This includes interacting with the child, housemothers, school teachers, relatives if any and rehabilitation so that the child after completing training is able to find a job, is married, rehabilitated/reunion with family/relatives so that she lives a better quality and self-reliant life.
