St. Crispin’s Home is a registered autonomous Trust governed by a Board of Trustees who appoint an Executive Committee to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Home through the Director.
The Director is authorized and responsible for implementing of all the decisions of the Board of Trustees either directly or through the various committees, this includes fulfilling the Aims & Objectives, Rules & Regulations and Administration of all Activities and Projects of the Trust.
The Director, is assisted by a team of trained and experienced personnel who consist of the RCCF officer, Child welfare Coordinators, House Mothers, Nurses, Cooks; Headmistresses, teaching and non-teaching staff; the Accounts Officer and the administrative backup staff.
